I called customer service to advise and was sent a 20% off coupon (same as I can get with my reward card). I've checked that I want to receive the newsletter. Anyone else have this problem and how do I fix it? I'm totally frustrated since I don't subscribe to the local newspaper and only get coupons via email. I checked my profile and the box is still checked to receive them. I, too, would like to be able to receive information and coupons. Help with this would be appreciated. Post Extras: cgal44 Been There, Done That Reged: 03/02/08 Posts: 126 Re: coupons #58238 - 11/06/09 09:55 PM Edit  Reply  Quote  We need to remember that there is not always an email coupon sent out...I have not received one for several weeks so they must not be sending e-mail coupons right now....they are however putting out a 50% off 1 reg. priced item coupon as well as a 15% off the already sale priced custom floral coupon at the registers....AS WELL AS handing out the handmade holiday guide which also has a coupon on it.......lots and lots of coupons when you shop at the store! I'm on my 3rd course class. I recieved the coupon once when I first joined but have not been able to print the coupon from online.
